Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping Timelines
- The items will be shipped within 7 days from the date of receiving the Order, excluding weekends.
- If we are receiving a large volume of orders, expect a few days delay in shipping. We will keep you informed via email or call, during such events.
- Ananta Sewa will have no liability for any delivery delays due to conditions that are beyond our control, such as:
- Natural calamities
- Riots
- Weather conditions
- Pandemic
- War
- If your Order is delayed beyond 30 days of the estimated Delivery Time due to above reasons, We will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your Order.
Shipping Cost
- The shipping charges are notified at the time of checkout, and customers will know about this before making the payment.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
- If the packaging is found tampered with or damaged, do not accept the goods. Write to us with your Order number at anantdasbabaji@gmail.com. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- Ananta Sewa are not responsible for any damage or loss of the Goods once it is delivered.
- In the rare instance that you are unhappy with our product, you can drop us an email at anantdasbabaji@gmail.com with your Order number and a convenient time to call. One of our customer service executives will call you within 72 hrs to understand the issue better and provide you with instructions on shipping the item back to us.

- For our Indian customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via one of the following carriers
- Blue Dart
- Delhivery
- Ecom Express
- Shadowfax
- DTDC
- Safexpress
International Shipping
Shipping Timelines
- The products will be shipped within 10 days from the date of receiving the Order.
- Ananta Sewa will have no liability for any delivery delays due to conditions that are beyond our control, such as:
- Natural calamities
- Riots
- Weather conditions
- Pandemic
- War
Shipping Cost
- The shipping charges for international customers are charged at the time of Order booking.
- Customs duties and import taxes have to be paid by customers at the time of delivery to our shipping partner. The final amount depends on the destination country.
- In case the customer refuses to pay the customs duties and other charges, the package will be destroyed, and We will not be held responsible.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
- Order cannot be canceled once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

- For our International customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via one of the following carriers

How to track your Order?
- A shipping confirmation with tracking ID will be sent to you after the items have been dispatched. Customers can use the tracking number to check the status of their Order on the logistic partners’ website.
